Custom Order and Artwork Policy

Because Laser Creations Shop LLC specializes in custom products, the following terms apply to custom design and production work.

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality artwork, logos, text, and design instructions. Vector artwork may be required for certain products. If artwork requires cleanup, conversion, redesign, or formatting, additional design fees may apply.

Proofs

When applicable, a digital proof may be provided before production. Production will not begin until the proof is approved, unless otherwise agreed.

Digital proofs are intended to show general layout and design placement. Colors, engraving tone, depth, material grain, and final appearance may vary from screen previews.

Material Variation

Wood, acrylic, leatherette, metal, glass, and other materials may have natural or manufacturing variations. Engraving color, contrast, depth, and finish may vary from piece to piece.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Production Tolerances

Because many products are handmade, engraved, cut, assembled, or finished individually, minor variations in sizing, placement, alignment, color, or finish may occur.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may photograph completed products and use those images in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or marketing materials. We will not publicly share confidential customer information without permission.

For business-branded products, please notify us in writing before production if the finished item may not be photographed or displayed.
