Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Laser Creations Shop LLC, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, cut, or produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail returns.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, engraved, laser-cut, made-to-order, branded, or specially produced items are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error in production that does not match the approved order details.

Customer-Approved Errors

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including misspellings, incorrect names, incorrect dates, incorrect colors, incorrect quantities, incorrect artwork, wrong logo files, layout preferences, or other details included in an approved proof.

Please review all proofs carefully before approving production.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at mike@lasercreations.shop.

Please include:

Your order number; photos of the damaged product; photos of the packaging; and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Custom Products

For eligible non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, a proof has been approved, or production has begun, cancellation may not be available or may be subject to design, material, labor, or restocking fees.

Rush Orders

Rush orders, expedited production orders, and orders with short deadlines may not be cancelable once accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
