Laser Creations Shop LLC ships orders to customers using available carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping providers.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product, order size, customization requirements, material availability, proof approval, and production schedule.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a specific deadline has been agreed to in writing.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are carrier estimates and begin after the order has been produced and handed off to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Laser Creations Shop LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier office, or building management.

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for stolen packages or carrier-confirmed deliveries that are missing after delivery.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
