Welcome to Laser Creations Shop LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a quote request, approving a design proof, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Products and Services
Laser Creations Shop LLC provides custom laser engraving, laser cutting, personalized products, branded merchandise, corporate gifts, real estate closing gifts, signage, acrylic products, wood products, metal products, and related custom fabrication services.
Because many of our products are custom-made, final appearance may vary slightly due to material grain, color variation, screen display differences, lighting, engraving depth, production method, or the unique characteristics of the selected material.
Custom Orders and Proof Approval
For custom orders, customers are responsible for reviewing all design proofs, spelling, names, dates, logos, layout, quantities, sizes, colors, materials, and other order details before approval.
Once a proof is approved, the order may move into production. After production begins, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply for revisions, remakes, or design changes.
Laser Creations Shop LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect names, incorrect dates, incorrect logos, layout preferences, or other customer-approved details.
Customer-Provided Artwork and Logos
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrighted designs, names, images, or brand assets, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it.
You agree not to submit content that infringes on another party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may involve unauthorized use of protected intellectual property, offensive content, illegal content, or material that conflicts with our business standards.
Pricing and Quotes
Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes are based on the information provided at the time of quoting, including product type, quantity, materials, design complexity, turnaround time, and production requirements.
A quote may be revised if order details change, artwork requires additional work, material costs change, rush production is requested, or additional services are needed.
Payment
Payment terms are provided at the time of order or quote. Orders may require full payment, deposit, or approved payment terms before production begins.
For custom, bulk, or business orders, production may not begin until the required deposit, payment, artwork, and proof approval have been received.
Order Refusal or Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders involving unavailable materials, inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, unauthorized intellectual property, offensive content, or production limitations.
Website Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all website content is error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders affected by errors, or revise product details at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laser Creations Shop LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, services, or custom orders.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
